Build a Solid Platform with the Quick Start Workshop

Friday August 30, 2013 at 9:54am
Implementing a new CAD system not only requires the financial commitment to buy the software, but also a time and resource allocation to get the system off the ground. You want to be using the new software productively as soon as possible, but there are some key considerations that need to be addressed before this can happen. For example- how to install the software, configuring templates and drawing layouts, customising the UI, using the additional bolt ons etc. Whilst we could throw all this information at you in one go, realistically you will need to prioritise certain tasks over others so with this in mind we have created the Quick Start Workshop.

Initially a classroom based training course, the Workshop has now evolved into a library of online videos- less than 10 minutes in duration, so you can get the information you need at your convenience. The Workshop is location within our Solid Solutions TV interactive website, alongside our Webcast archive.

Once inside, the Workshop is categorised into key stages of the implementation, each stage has videos showing various aspects of the software which are important milestones of its implementation.

The content is constantly being updated and added to, and we would welcome any suggestions of topics you would like covered.
